Returning via Mail:

Contact us first, please DO NOT send return items back unannounced.
Please email returns@revolutionaryrelief.com to commence returns and our customer service will assist you with your return within 24hrs.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging within 30 days of original purchase.
Only products with valid proof of purchase will be accepted. Must include a copy of receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on items not directly purchased from our website or phone order number.
Purchases from retail locations must be returned to the original location to determine return eligibility.
We are not affiliated with eBay, Amazon, or other 3rd party vendors; we do not accept returns from these vendors.
If your return/exchange meets all the requirements above, please mail your items back to our shipping center Revolutionary Relief - JAG, 83 Knight Boxx Rd, Orange Park, Florida.
The returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches us; we advise sending a package using a trusted delivery service that insures the value of your goods.
The cost of shipping of item returned is your responsibility as well; charges for delivery are only refundable in cases where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
After the return is received, a full refund will be issued of your items excluding the original delivery charge. Or, if preferred, the item will be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
Retain a copy of the packing slip and tracking number for your return shipment. Please understand that we don’t have the ability to track your return. We also are not responsible for the timeframe it takes for your item to be received by and returned to us.
